The Meridian ETC is a consortium of like-minded business owners & entrepreneurs committed to creating an atmosphere of collaboration, education, and support for each other as we operate and grow our businesses.
The ‘Co-op’ concept is unique in a number of ways from more traditional business models, in that we are member owned and operated. We balance the need for profitability with the needs of our members, while focusing on the sustainability of other local businesses and the interests of our community as a whole.
People are at the heart of our business and we follow the principles established by the International Co-operative Alliance and have also adopted the 5 Laws of Stratospheric Success (from the book ‘The Go-Giver’ written by Bob Burg and John David Mann) as our core value statements .
